Every single-origin is decaffeinated before roasting using only water and steam, allowing them to maintain their aromas (the coffee contains less than 0.10% caffeine, as required by the Ministerial Decree 20/05/1976). This blend was created for those wanting a creamy and delicate coffee without the effects of caffeine.
